Build muscle and strength in the upper body. Resolve pain and restore functional fitness in your shoulders, elbows, wrists, and neck.

Base

Build muscle and strength in the lower body. Resolve pain and restore functional fitness in your hips, knees, ankles, and feet.

Core

Build muscle in the trunk. Resolve pain and restore functional fitness in your lower back, neck, and thoracic spine.

Qi

The Movement and Meditation class. Build better breathing patterns for training, recovery, and neural rewiring.

Run

Learn to jog and run painlessly. Protect your everyday and lifelong mobility by upgrading your gait-pattern for walking and running alike.

Strike

Learn how to rotate and transfer power effectively through basic martial techniques, as well as how to fall properly to avoid potential future injuries.
