Meet the Founder: Allan Liang

Allan discovered the power of movement early in life through martial arts and dance. As he got older, he watched many friends, relatives, acquaintances, and many others throughout the world fall victim to decline and debilitation due to preventable lifestyle and age-related diseases.

He began studying and practicing movement, recognising its power to ‘rewire’ the nervous system for painless freedom rather than painful restriction. Taking the best from each system, Allan created his own holistic and practical framework to help average people from all walks of life get out of pain and trust their bodies again. 

He’s been a coach since 2016, after quitting his corporate job and honing his coaching craft for a few years at Jungle Brothers, Botany. In 2023, he opened his own studio in Botany to focus on introducing movement and neural-rewiring practices to pain-sufferers of varying fitness levels. 

His background also includes study and practice across multiple disciplines, such as:
